Kalpa Virutcham Foundation Cancellation Policy

Kalpa Virutcham Foundation believes in helping its donors as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations of donations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of making the donation. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if it is not communicated to Kalpa Virutcham Foundation in writing either by way of email or post within the stipulated time as above.
• There is no cancellation entertained for donations made for the same day programmed.
• No cancellations are entertained for those donations made on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Christmas, Ramzan, etc. These are limited occasion program and therefore, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

For any reason, not entirely happy with your donation and if by mistake donated a wrong amount or for the wrong purpose, you are permitted to interchange the purpose or else if you want refund of your donation amount either partly or fully, we will cheerfully issue a refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your transaction details within 30 [thirty] days of your donation. Please include your transaction number with your full contact details and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take donor’s feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for the donations made in kind like rice, vegetable, groceries, old clothes, furniture as these cannot be identified easily. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

As Kalpa Virutcham Foundation is a charitable institution, there is no shipping of product and its delivery is involved.

BO Clause

We, as a charitable institution shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Modifications:
